Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat or ENT)
ENT provides a wide range of services. Evaluation and management of ear problems including chronic otitis, hearing loss and dizziness are offered. Nasal and endoscopic sinus surgery with computerized image guidance are available. Video stroboscopy and transnasal esophagoscopy are available for the complete evaluation of disorders of voice and swallowing. The diagnosis, treatment and surveillance of malignancies of the skin (including melanoma), the throat, airways, lymph nodes, thyroid, and parathyroids are a large part of the workload. Sentinel node mapping and biopsy as well as extensive neck dissections are offered. Reconstruction of traumatic and post-surgical defects of the face and neck and surgery for obstructive sleep apnea are available. The ENT clinic surgical suite allows for the convenient and quick provision of minor procedures. Evaluation and care from ENT requires a consultation request.
