| | Smoking and Tobacco Use Cessation classes are taught in a seven week, small group format. This class teaches strategies for quitting and staying quit for life.
Smoking and Tobacco Use Cessation is taught in a closed group format. If you are a patient interested in this program, ask your Primary Care Provider about participating.

| | Stress Management Group will be held on Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. in Room A222.
Participants will learn ways to:

Decrease symptoms of stress and worry;

Develop skills with use of meditation, visualization and relaxation;

Change negative self-talk to more effective self-motivation;

Improve well-being and focus;
-
Increase self-care and self-compassion.
