Truman VA Visitor Updates

Friday, June 19, 2020

Our Veterans, visitors and staff are our No. 1 priority. When coming to Truman VA and/or the community outpatient clinics, please note the following:

  • All patients, visitors and employees are required to wear a mask while visiting Truman VA's facility and outpatient clinics.

  • Veterans may have one person accompany them to outpatient appointments.

  • At this time, visitors will not be allowed on the inpatient units to keep our vulnerable population healthy.

  • We will continue to use FaceTime and other programs to help connect inpatients with loved ones who cannot attend in person.

  • Currently, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the facility.

  • For updates, please check out our Facebook and website pages or contact your clinic before your appointment.

We want to thank you for your understanding and support during these trying times.
