Veterans, volunteers and employees are invited to attend an informational session on patient centered care at VA. Information sessions at Truman VA will last approximately 45 minutes and will be offered six times daily on Wednesday, July 17, and Thursday, July 18.

All Veterans, volunteers and employees are invited to attend information sessions at Truman VA provided by the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Patient Centered Care and Cultural Transformation (OPCC & CT). The information sessions will share VHA’s vision for Patient Centered Care and current Truman VA initiatives.

Information sessions will last approximately 45 minutes and will be offered six times daily on Wednesday, July 17, and Thursday, July 18. All information sessions will occur in the Truman VA Auditorium. Please join us for one of the following sessions and learn about our commitment to personalized, proactive, patient-driven care.  

  • Wednesday, July 17: 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 18: 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m.
