Three ways to order your refills. All refills will be mailed. No refills will be picked up at the Pharmacy Window.

1. To order your refills by mail, mail back your refill slips at least 14 days prior to being out of medications to the following address:

2. To order by the Dial-A-Refill System use the Telephone Dail-A-Refill System at least 10 days prior to being out of medication.

1. Local or outside of Missouri dial (573) 814-6697 (Non-local Missouri dial 1-800-349-8262)
2. Enter your FULL social security number.
3. Press the # key.
4. Press 2 for Pharmacy options.
5. Press 1 to enter your refill requests.
6. Enter your prescription number (do not enter any letter that may appear at the end of the number)
7. Press the # key after each prescription number.
8. Repeat steps 5-6-7 for each prescription.

* Note: We do NOT automatically mail prescriptions. You must request your refills.

3.  On the internet: Go to www.myhealth.va.gov (This is the gateway to Optimal Health on MyHealtheVet. Register the first time, (6 to 12 characters in length) then use this password each time to order refill medications. You can then go to the section Prescription Refill & order all medications you need.

Pharmacy Hours:

Pharmacy window for prescription pick-up is Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
Pharmacy window open Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 8:00am to 4:30pm for emergency room and discharge medications only.
Inpatient Pharmacy open 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
